本次比賽分為兩部分，第一部分分為三部分。

第一環(huán)節(jié)：定題演講：每組選手首先進行有準(zhǔn)備發(fā)言，題目為“alma mater in my heart”，

演講時間為3分鐘，選手可自定小標(biāo)題，按照抽簽的結(jié)果依次出場。

第二步：回答問題：評委會就選手的演講內(nèi)容提問。選手的回答時間是1分鐘。

第三部分：即席演講：競賽試題保密。選手答題后，現(xiàn)場抽簽，準(zhǔn)備1分鐘，演講2分鐘。

第二部分是復(fù)活競賽：即興演講

評分標(biāo)準(zhǔn)

固定話題演講總分60分，內(nèi)容、語言水平、演講技巧各占20分。

即興演講總分50分，內(nèi)容、語言、技巧分別為20分、15分、15分。

a: in prepared speech, if your speech is more than 3 minutes and 15 seconds or less than 2 minutes and 45 seconds, the score of yours will deduct 0.5-1 points; this round will be 50 points in impromptu speech and questions and answers , if your speech is more than 70 seconds, or less than 50 seconds, the score of yours will deduct 0.
