實(shí)習(xí)學(xué)校給我們高度的重視，校長(zhǎng)、主任親自接待，給我們每個(gè)人都選派了兩位指導(dǎo)老師，一位指導(dǎo)英語(yǔ)教學(xué)，一位指導(dǎo)班主任工作。實(shí)習(xí)見(jiàn)面會(huì)上跟自己的指導(dǎo)老師見(jiàn)了面，校長(zhǎng)對(duì)實(shí)習(xí)做了簡(jiǎn)短的介紹。在這次見(jiàn)面會(huì)上，一下子被稱呼為“老師”覺(jué)得很不適應(yīng)，好像不是在叫自己，但也就從這樣一刻開(kāi)始我多了一個(gè)身份：實(shí)習(xí)老師。

這節(jié)課老師把知識(shí)點(diǎn)講的很細(xì)，我學(xué)到了不少東西，也第一次真正懂了一些語(yǔ)法規(guī)則的內(nèi)涵。就像老師說(shuō)的，“你的明白為什么選這個(gè)而不選那個(gè)，不是單純的用漢語(yǔ)翻譯一下通順了就行了，而應(yīng)該用具體的規(guī)則來(lái)解釋?！币幌伦幼屛颐┤D開(kāi)，這些規(guī)則原來(lái)就如同數(shù)學(xué)的公式原理，要用他們來(lái)做題。只有這樣，做語(yǔ)法題是即使讀不懂句子也能分析出句子的各個(gè)成分，也就知道怎么去做題。

這些孩子絕對(duì)可以說(shuō)是衣食無(wú)憂，并且還是家中的獨(dú)生子獨(dú)生女。雖然有好的家庭，接受現(xiàn)代化的教育，可為什么基礎(chǔ)還是那么差呢?小學(xué)三年級(jí)開(kāi)始有英語(yǔ)課現(xiàn)在都高一了連一百字的作文都寫(xiě)不出來(lái)。很是詫異今天的學(xué)校教育，素質(zhì)教育下教出的到底是什么樣的人才?雖說(shuō)是德智體美勞全面發(fā)展，但當(dāng)前的大局勢(shì)還沒(méi)有改變，還是應(yīng)試教育，還是得考試，有些東西還是得背得記，成績(jī)還是會(huì)決定命運(yùn)，可這又能說(shuō)明說(shuō)什么呢?

今天，我上了人生中第一節(jié)課，一節(jié)以老師的身份真正的給學(xué)生講的英語(yǔ)課。雖然以前或多或少的做過(guò)課堂模擬教學(xué)，但面對(duì)一群真實(shí)的學(xué)生還是第一次。

整節(jié)課下來(lái)，并沒(méi)有預(yù)想的那么難，面對(duì)學(xué)生也并不緊張，一切算是按部就班的進(jìn)行。講完課后也并未有想象的那么累，雖然講到最后幾分鐘嗓子開(kāi)始發(fā)干，但心情還算平靜，表情也很自然，跟學(xué)生互動(dòng)也還好。整節(jié)課內(nèi)容很多，沒(méi)有控制好時(shí)間，只是講到哪算哪。在這節(jié)課后半部分，可能由于單純地講單詞有點(diǎn)枯燥，學(xué)生的熱情也減少了。

課后，跟指導(dǎo)老師溝通了基本的情況，整體上得到了肯定，只是在細(xì)節(jié)上還存在很多問(wèn)題。首先，內(nèi)容上擴(kuò)展太深，太細(xì)，涉及的內(nèi)容超出了學(xué)生的當(dāng)前水平。其次，課堂指令上，對(duì)每一個(gè)環(huán)節(jié)要進(jìn)行的內(nèi)容缺乏明確的引導(dǎo)，課堂指令發(fā)送不到位，環(huán)節(jié)過(guò)度上太突兀。最后，不了解學(xué)生，對(duì)學(xué)生當(dāng)前的水平不了解，對(duì)他們的心理也不清楚。

經(jīng)過(guò)兩個(gè)月多的鍛煉，發(fā)現(xiàn)自己進(jìn)步還挺快的，即使是之前從來(lái)沒(méi)有接觸過(guò)的，同時(shí)也對(duì)外貿(mào)業(yè)務(wù)這一行有了更深的認(rèn)識(shí)，也有了濃厚的興趣，越來(lái)越有干勁了。這一周仍然做些瑣碎的事，發(fā)發(fā)郵件，通過(guò)電話跟客戶溝通的事情。偶爾也出去跟經(jīng)理見(jiàn)見(jiàn)生意面談的場(chǎng)面。 但經(jīng)理試著讓我對(duì)客戶介紹我們公司的一些產(chǎn)品。

由于自己向來(lái)比較內(nèi)斂的緣故，首次與客戶面談顯得比較緊張，也不大順利，不過(guò)有了一次經(jīng)歷之后，進(jìn)步了不少，再加上經(jīng)理的鼓勵(lì)，自己嘗試大膽的去應(yīng)付，慢慢的好了許多。不再會(huì)在陌生的場(chǎng)合怯場(chǎng)。今天下來(lái)，面對(duì)經(jīng)驗(yàn)比我豐富的閱歷比我深的多的多的客戶，也能夠通過(guò)簡(jiǎn)練清晰的表達(dá)讓對(duì)方熟悉我們的產(chǎn)品，讓他們對(duì)我們的產(chǎn)品產(chǎn)生更濃厚的興趣。

由于經(jīng)驗(yàn)少，我現(xiàn)在這方面還有欠缺?，F(xiàn)在才明白，在校做一名學(xué)生，是多么的好啊!早晚要工作，早晚要步入社會(huì)，早晚要面對(duì)這些避免不了的事。所以，現(xiàn)在我很珍惜學(xué)習(xí)的機(jī)會(huì)，多學(xué)一點(diǎn)總比沒(méi)有學(xué)的好，花同樣的時(shí)間，還不如多學(xué)，對(duì)以后擇業(yè)會(huì)有很大的幫助。再說(shuō)回來(lái)，在工作中，互相諒解使我很感激他們。有時(shí)同事有事要晚來(lái)一點(diǎn)，就要我一個(gè)人在辦公室辦公，偶爾我也會(huì)的，大家相處的很好，沒(méi)有什么隔合。有幾次要回學(xué)校辦點(diǎn)事，去向經(jīng)理請(qǐng)幾小時(shí)的假，經(jīng)理也都很體諒，直接就給批假了。這個(gè)時(shí)候心里很開(kāi)心;遇到一個(gè)如此好說(shuō)話的經(jīng)理。所以，感覺(jué)現(xiàn)在的工作還是挺不錯(cuò)的，最重要的事就是周?chē)耐露己懿诲e(cuò)的。心里上沒(méi)有什么額外的，不必要的壓力，可以好好工作，學(xué)習(xí)。

昨天開(kāi)完電話會(huì)議，朱先生并沒(méi)有給我布置具體的工作。今天一大早，我就鼓起勇氣請(qǐng)求周小姐讓我坐在她旁邊，看她工作的全部過(guò)程。我很客氣地問(wèn)她，我看她有些遲疑有些勉強(qiáng)，不過(guò)還是答應(yīng)了。我心里有些難為情，自己開(kāi)口提了這么傻的問(wèn)題，又不夠自然。不過(guò)轉(zhuǎn)念一想，管他的，大膽一點(diǎn)，厚臉皮一點(diǎn)沒(méi)什么不好，我要用自己的領(lǐng)悟能力證明我跟著她學(xué)業(yè)務(wù)只會(huì)更好地幫助她。

下午的時(shí)間接待了兩位韓國(guó)客人。剛開(kāi)始朱小姐請(qǐng)我去接待，給他們端茶送水，我還挺緊張。但一進(jìn)門(mén)發(fā)現(xiàn)是兩位亞洲人，一交談居然是外國(guó)客人。兩位先生非常幽默地與我開(kāi)玩笑，聲稱他們是日本人但一點(diǎn)也不喜歡日本。等我轉(zhuǎn)了一大圈他們才笑呵呵地告訴我他們來(lái)自韓國(guó)。朱先生與他們談了很久，最后出門(mén)時(shí)朱先生又請(qǐng)我給他們拍了合影。我欣喜地發(fā)現(xiàn)，自己在公司待了不長(zhǎng)的時(shí)間，但已經(jīng)能夠比較熟練地與外賓用英語(yǔ)交談而不慌張。

哈，看來(lái)我已經(jīng)在開(kāi)始成熟。決定從明天起，更努力地投入工作。
