每一個人的'才能不是天生就有的，而是靠自己的勤奮努力而來的。比如說德國數(shù)學(xué)家、物理學(xué)家和天文學(xué)家高斯。他從小就酷愛學(xué)習(xí)，一生為科學(xué)事業(yè)做出了巨大貢獻(xiàn)，但是如果他沒有從小的勤奮努力學(xué)習(xí)，他也不可能成為著名的科學(xué)巨人。沒有勤奮努力的學(xué)習(xí)是不可能有成就的。這樣的例子有很多很多，可以說每一位有成就的人都曾努力學(xué)習(xí)、努力探索過。

學(xué)習(xí)的關(guān)鍵在于“肯學(xué)”和“敢學(xué)”。如果你的愿望是成為一名有成就、有才能讓人敬重的人物，但你又不肯，或不敢去學(xué)習(xí)最終還是會一事無成的。居里夫人和她的丈夫為了證明鐳的存，千辛萬苦，冒著可能失去生命的危險，經(jīng)過他們的勤奮、努力最終提煉出了十分之一克極純凈的氯化鐳，并準(zhǔn)確地測定了它的原子量，證實了鐳的存在。這是一次多么讓人驚嘆的事實。正是居里夫人的肯做、敢做才證實了鐳的存在。因此，要想成為有才能的人，就要從小“肯學(xué)”、“敢學(xué)”

good moring everyone ,today i will tell you my dream keeped in my heart .

the ideal is dream , it is power that people move forward to. each people have their different ideams. i have my own ideam .

when i was childen i like to look fairy tale ,so every day i looked lots of fairy tale books , sometimes mom told me beautiful fairy tales, wonderful legends . every time , i na-iv-ely looked at sparked stars in the sky , i thought : when i grow up would like to be a writer and write many articles let people read and appreciate .

as time goes slowly, this beautiful but na-iv-e ideal is permanently impressed in my mind, it deeply hide in my heart and bee a kind of power urge me forward. with the passage of time , i have slowly e to understand a reason , it is not easy to be writers , it needs to experience many twists and turns on the road , need to suffer numerous wind and rain blow . but i will not back down and fear , i would like to insist, i firmly believe that if you insist on you will achieve victory.

my dream

everyone has a dream. i often ask myself. when i was a little boy, i wanted to be a soldier with a gun so that i could defend our i am a young boy with a new dream——to be a doctor.

i want to be a famous doctor, helping the sick and saving their lives.

i also saw some people who were suffering and dying of ill-nesses. i made up my mind to bee a doctor, so that i can help the sick people and cure them of their diseases. china is a develop-ing country.

she needs good medicine and good doctors, especially in the countryside and lonely villages.

i want to try my best to help the poor sick people of our country. i want to let them have an opportunity to receive excel-lent treatments for their illnesses without having to pay much or any money.

i’ll do every bit to cure the incurable. i hope to see a world where there is no cancer, no aids, no fatal diseases. i’m confident that through the joint efforts of you and me, man will put an end to his bodily sufferings and this dream of mine will one day be brought into reality.

指導(dǎo)思想

以新一輪課程改革為切入點，更新教育觀念，積極推進(jìn)教學(xué)改革。努力實現(xiàn)教學(xué)創(chuàng)新，改革教學(xué)方法，提高課堂教學(xué)效率，促進(jìn)學(xué)校內(nèi)涵發(fā)展。同時，在新課程理念的指導(dǎo)下，在全面實施新課程的過程中，要加大教學(xué)研究和改革力度，深化教學(xué)方法和學(xué)習(xí)方法的研究。

正確處理改革與發(fā)展、創(chuàng)新與質(zhì)量的關(guān)系，積極探索符合新課程理念的生物教學(xué)自如化教學(xué)方法和自主化學(xué)習(xí)方式。

主要工作

一、教研組建設(shè)方面：

一。要學(xué)習(xí)課程改革理論，積極實施課程改革實踐。

、以七年級新教材為“切入點”，強化理論學(xué)習(xí)和教學(xué)實踐。

、充分發(fā)揮教研組的作用，把先進(jìn)理念學(xué)習(xí)和教學(xué)實踐有機(jī)的結(jié)合起來，做到以學(xué)促研，以研促教，真正實現(xiàn)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的全面提升。

2、強化教學(xué)過程管理，轉(zhuǎn)變學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)方式，提高課堂效益，規(guī)范教學(xué)常規(guī)管理，抓好“五關(guān)”。

（1）備課關(guān)。要求教學(xué)年齡在5歲以下的教師準(zhǔn)備詳細(xì)的計劃，并鼓勵其他教師準(zhǔn)備詳細(xì)的計劃。教師的教學(xué)計劃要體現(xiàn)課程改革的理念。

（2）上課關(guān)。

（3）作業(yè)關(guān)。首先，要控制學(xué)生作業(yè)量，本著減輕學(xué)生負(fù)擔(dān)的精神，努力做好作業(yè)批改工作。

（4）考試關(guān)。確保學(xué)生有一個公平公正的評價環(huán)境。

（5）質(zhì)量關(guān)。

三。加強教研組的凝聚力，培養(yǎng)教研組教師的團(tuán)結(jié)協(xié)作精神，做好新教師的教學(xué)工作。

二、常規(guī)教學(xué)方面：

1加強教研組建設(shè)。興教研之風(fēng)，樹教研氛圍。特別是要注重一年級新教材的教研活動。

2、教研組要加強集體備課,共同分析教材,研究教法,**疑難問題,由備課組長牽頭每周集體備課一次，定時間定內(nèi)容，對下一階段教學(xué)做到有的放矢，把握重點突破難點.

三。教研組的活動要有計劃、有措施、有內(nèi)容，切實抓好，認(rèn)真落實小組公開課教學(xué)。

4、積極開展聽評課活動，每位教師聽課不少于20節(jié)，青年教師不少于40節(jié)，興“聽課，評課”之風(fēng)，大力提倡組內(nèi)，校內(nèi)聽隨堂課。

5個。進(jìn)一步開發(fā)完善教研組主頁，加強與兄弟學(xué)校的交流。

我們將繼續(xù)本著團(tuán)結(jié)一致，勤溝通，勤研究，重探索，重實效的原則，在總結(jié)上一學(xué)年經(jīng)驗教訓(xùn)的前提下，出色地完成各項任務(wù)。

一．指導(dǎo)思想：

本學(xué)期，我組將進(jìn)一步確立以人為本的教育教學(xué)理論，把課程改革作為教學(xué)研究的中心工作，深入學(xué)習(xí)和研究新課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，積極、穩(wěn)妥地實施和推進(jìn)中學(xué)英語課程改革。以新課程理念指導(dǎo)教研工作，加強課程改革，緊緊地圍繞新課程實施過程出現(xiàn)的問題，尋求解決問題的方法和途徑。要加強課研項目建設(shè)，積極支持和開展校本科研，提高教學(xué)科研質(zhì)量，提高教師科研水平和科研能力。

一。加強理論研究，推進(jìn)新課程改革。

組織本組教師學(xué)習(xí)《普通高中英語課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)》及課標(biāo)解度，積極實踐高中英語牛津教材，組織全組教師進(jìn)一步學(xué)習(xí)、熟悉新教材的體系和特點，探索新教材的教學(xué)模式，組織好新教材的研究課活動，為全組教師提供交流、學(xué)習(xí)的平臺和機(jī)會。
