小學(xué)生活，就和考拉小巫一樣。貪玩任性，自毀前途，初中為此付出了沉重的代價(jià)。從入學(xué)以來(lái)，就一直在起跑線(xiàn)上開(kāi)始往前跑，從年級(jí)的三百多名永不放棄的跑到一百二十五名。老天爺是公平的，他不可能讓你什么都得到，你想要得到一樣?xùn)|西，必須要放棄另外一樣?xùn)|西。為此，我告別了QQ飛車(chē)游戲的誘惑，和QQ農(nóng)場(chǎng)說(shuō)了聲：拜拜。

我們要和考拉小巫一樣，有悔過(guò)之心，及時(shí)小學(xué)多么任性也好，那都是陳年舊事了。我們要明白：一分耕耘一分收獲，昨天的耕耘，是為明天做下鋪墊。心里有了目標(biāo)之后，就大踏步的走出去，真正做一名勇敢的人生斗士。

英語(yǔ)日記(篇14)

英語(yǔ)、語(yǔ)文、數(shù)學(xué)，是我和同學(xué)攀比的三張牌。數(shù)學(xué)可以說(shuō)是我的王牌，不用擔(dān)心;語(yǔ)文對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)在于中等水平，一場(chǎng)考試下來(lái)，得個(gè)百分左右不是問(wèn)題;可是英語(yǔ)對(duì)于我來(lái)說(shuō)，真的是個(gè)弱點(diǎn)，上午最后兩節(jié)合并考試課結(jié)束，我的感覺(jué)不是很好。

有個(gè)問(wèn)題我一直不懂：語(yǔ)數(shù)外都是主課，為什么絕大多數(shù)爸媽都非?？粗?cái)?shù)學(xué)這一課?不是說(shuō)語(yǔ)文和英語(yǔ)他們不看重，總覺(jué)得語(yǔ)文和英語(yǔ)的程度比數(shù)學(xué)總差了不少，他們最看重?cái)?shù)學(xué)。我爸媽也是，只要數(shù)學(xué)試卷成績(jī)一出來(lái)，他們會(huì)一下子沖來(lái)?yè)屩碜涌矗Z(yǔ)文和英語(yǔ)成績(jī)出來(lái)，他們會(huì)問(wèn)得分，但是對(duì)卷子的興趣就不那么足了。

現(xiàn)在我爸對(duì)我的數(shù)學(xué)成績(jī)也麻木了，試卷給他看，他也懶得看，直接簽字，倒是開(kāi)始問(wèn)語(yǔ)文和英語(yǔ)的情況了。我想下一步他會(huì)培養(yǎng)我的英語(yǔ)，對(duì)英語(yǔ)進(jìn)行強(qiáng)化，這是個(gè)好事。

總之，下一步我也會(huì)多做英語(yǔ)題，爭(zhēng)取得高分。

英語(yǔ)日記(篇15)

通過(guò)這次研修，我明白了如何寫(xiě)教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)，下面是我的感悟：

一、分析教材

分析教材應(yīng)從分析教材的地位和作用入手，分析教材的內(nèi)容、結(jié)構(gòu)和特點(diǎn)，明確教學(xué)目標(biāo)、重點(diǎn)和難點(diǎn)，挖掘教材在文化意識(shí)、學(xué)習(xí)策略、情感態(tài)度方面的教育因素，知道語(yǔ)言實(shí)踐性特點(diǎn)在教材中的體現(xiàn)，分析教材中的學(xué)習(xí)心理問(wèn)題，設(shè)計(jì)適當(dāng)?shù)慕虒W(xué)方案或提出合理的教學(xué)建議。同時(shí)要對(duì)各個(gè)班的同學(xué)的學(xué)情教學(xué)認(rèn)真的分析。

二、教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)方面，巧妙設(shè)計(jì)，運(yùn)用教材要靈活

(一)在原基礎(chǔ)上，擴(kuò)展其功能。教材的各個(gè)板塊都有其各自的功能。教師要做到“物盡其用”。結(jié)合其特點(diǎn)，有效擴(kuò)展其功能。比如教材中的 Listen and number 版塊是聽(tīng)力練習(xí)，以聽(tīng)的技能訓(xùn)練為主，在此基礎(chǔ)上教師也可開(kāi)發(fā)為 Look and say, Listen and write ， 更充分的使用教材。

(二)充分利用，展開(kāi)訓(xùn)練。利用教材的結(jié)構(gòu)特點(diǎn)，展開(kāi)訓(xùn)練說(shuō)和寫(xiě)、讀和寫(xiě)相互結(jié)合和轉(zhuǎn)換的練習(xí)。

利用教材的內(nèi)容：將相關(guān)單元的內(nèi)容相結(jié)合，延伸語(yǔ)言的訓(xùn)練。

(三)變換形式，讓學(xué)生“動(dòng)起來(lái)” 。教師依然可以進(jìn)一步開(kāi)發(fā)教材，將原有教材的內(nèi)容或呈現(xiàn)形式更生動(dòng)、更充分的用起來(lái)。

所謂一千個(gè)哈姆雷特一千種性格，同樣的教材內(nèi)容，因?yàn)槊课焕蠋熃庾x的角度不同，處理的方式也可能千差萬(wàn)別。我們的最終目標(biāo)是用好教材，為促進(jìn)學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)和成長(zhǎng)服務(wù)。

三、有教學(xué)效果評(píng)價(jià)方面，評(píng)價(jià)方式要多樣化。

四、有課后反思方面，要進(jìn)行多角度認(rèn)真深入分析、反思和總結(jié)。

通過(guò)這次培訓(xùn)，想說(shuō)的話(huà)真的很多，但我明白，只有把培訓(xùn)中學(xué)到的知識(shí)技能轉(zhuǎn)化成自我前進(jìn)的內(nèi)驅(qū)力，我才會(huì)在教學(xué)中有所成。今后，我會(huì)以此次學(xué)習(xí)為契機(jī)我也相信在傾聽(tīng)、記錄、反思、沉淀、實(shí)踐中，我的英語(yǔ)教學(xué)之路會(huì)愈趨于成熟。把所學(xué)應(yīng)用到平日教學(xué)中，把學(xué)生的能力、學(xué)習(xí)成績(jī)都大幅提高，促進(jìn)大面積提高教學(xué)質(zhì)量。
